Arnold Asamoah-Baidoo responds to Wiyaala’s warning to showbiz critics

Entertainment analyst, Arnold Asamoah-Baidoo has responded to a warning from singer Wiyaala asking pundits to stop discussing her if she does not matter.

In a discussion on Ghanaweb’s ‘Bloggers Forum,’ Arnold Asamoah-Baidoo said Wiyaala and her management only focus their attention on the international market and not the Ghanaian scene.

Yesterday, Wiyaala furiously released a video on her social media platforms to warn entertainment pundits to stop giving her hype in their discussion and later condemn her.

She stated that she is not a fool to show skin for bloggers and showbiz pundits to discuss her.

The singer boldly mentioned Arnold Asamoah-Baidoo’s name saying he should be fair in his comments and not bring people down to make others rise.

Reacting to her comments in a post sighted by, Arnold Asamoah-Baidoo shared the video of his discussion with GhanaWeb and told the singer and Ghanaians not to judge too quickly.

He expressed shock at the attitude of his colleagues towards the issue.

Arnold wrote: “DON’T BE QUICK TO JUDGE! Ghana fuo ankasa, we are too quick to judge. Somebody is mistakenly called a thief, before he can utter any explanation to prove otherwise, he would have been lynched already.

“It is no wonder we can lynch an innocent 90-year old for nothing.
In all these, my biggest disappointment, as always stems from these so-called colleagues and friends who are quick to share, project and shout your ‘failings’. You can do better!”
