Celebrated radio/TV personality, Blessed Godsbrain Smart popularly known as Captain Smart has been arrested.
He was arrested by the Nima Divisional Police Command today, Thursday, December 2, 2021.
The Ghana Police Service made this known in a statement sighted on their social media pages.
According to the statement, the Onua TV presenter was arrested following some unsavory pronouncements that hinge on peace and security in the country.
The statement went on to say that the former presenter of Angel Broadcasting Network (ABN) has been cautioned on the offence of the offensive conduct conducive to breaches of the peace as provided under section 207 of the Criminal Act, 1960 (Act 29).
Captain Smart is currently in Police custody and is assisting investigations.
