Private legal practitioner and a member of the New Patriotic Party, Gabby Asare Otchere-Darko has asked Ex-President John Dramani Mahama to concede defeat if he has no evidence to go to court.
Following the declaration of the 2020 election results, leadership of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) cried foul over the unfairness and cheating.
They announced their decision not to accept the results through a press conference.
While some of their supporters are protesting, Mr Otchere-Darko has asked the flagbearer of the NDC to do the needful if they do not have what it takes to pursue the case at the court.
“Dear John, if you don’t have the evidence to go to court, please concede now. Stop deceiving your supporters now before any gross harm is done. The real contest on both sides is on parliamentaries. You know it,” he wrote on Facebook.
