Oduro has expressed his disappointment at the telecommunication companies in
Ghana in these trying times as the nation fights against covid-19.
In these trying times as donations have become fashionable, Prophet Oduro does
not understand why telcos in Ghana have not made any intention of making
things easy for their customers and the general public.
As Ghana observes a two-week lockdown, the man of God demands that telcos
should give their customers free data as their part of donation to their customers.
He added that judgment awaits them if they refuse to share free data to their
“Any telecom company within this time; haven’t you seen we are
sharing rice, sanitizers and food? By now, you should be saying that
this two weeks lockdown, free data. If you can’t do this, I’m telling
you, you will face judgment”, he said in a televised sermon.
The Partial lockdown has affected some cities like Accra, Tema, Kasoa
and Greater Kumasi in order to combat covid-19 in the country.
Meanwhile the health Minister Kwaku Agyemang Manu has revealed
that the 2-week lockdown has made contact tracing successful and it
might not be extended after it expires.
