Ghanaian Gospel musician, Nicholas Omane Acheampong has sent a word of caution to the flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama.
In a video sighted by KwasiAboagyeLive.com, Nicholas Omane Acheampong told former president Mahama not to waste his money to campaign because he will lose the upcoming 2020 elections.
Speaking in an interview with Kofi Adomah Nwawani on KOFI TV, the ‘Aporsor’ singer said the NDC members were campaigning for the elections because they didn’t want their party to go down.
He indicated that there’s no way the NDC will win the 2020 election so they should save some of their money to campaign in 2024.
Nicholas Omane Acheampong stated that though the New Patriotic Party (NPP) would not rule forever, it would by all means win another term looking at the work done in its first term.
He revealed that he is hated by even pastors and other leaders for supporting the NPP even though he has not gained anything from the party.
In conclusion, he told former President Mahama not to listen to his subordinates and waste money because he won’t win.
