Organizer of sham United Nations awards, Kwame Owusu Fordjour popularly known as Dr UN has been spotted in town drunk.
In a video which is going viral, he was heard making baseless argument with a shop owner.
While he was being filmed Dr UN said “tell them that I say their mother [email protected]”, which means he was insulting anyone who views the video.
Dr UN became famous after he organized a fake UN awards about a year ago.
He awarded the likes of Sarkodie, D-Black and other celebrities in the country.
