Passengers in Accra were left stranded after the Ghana Private Road Transport Union (GPRTU) decided to go on strike today.

The strike comes following the increment of fuel prices in the country.

However, they have called off the ongoing strike and have told their members to return to their normal duties.

This comes after the leadership of the Union was invited to the Flad Staff House to settle the issue.

In a statement sighted by KwasiAboagyeLive.com, the GPRTU indicated that development of the meeting will be communicated to their members in due time.
