Ghanaian TV presenter, Deloris Frimpong Manso well known as Delay has responded to actress Adu Safowaa’s claims that she does not have a studio of her own.
A few weeks ago, Adu Safowaa, during an interview with Fiifi Pratt on Kingdom Plus, said Delay cannot be a role model.
According to her, Delay is a disgrace to the media fraternity because she does own a studio after 10 (ten) years of hosting ‘The Delay Show’.
She added that Delay goes to restaurants and hotels to host her show.
She went on to say that Delay’s widely patronized mackerel and spaghetti are not produced in Ghana.
“Fiifi don’t deceive the public. Unlike Emelia Brobbey who has her own mini water factory and studio, Delay has nothing. How can someone like that be called a role model?”, she quizzed.
Reacting to the statement, Delay said she can even host the show in a basket and can deliver at the end of the day.
Speaking on the Delay Show, she indicated that she signed up to the media fraternity to interview people, bring in the numbers and make headlines no matter who the interviewee is.
Delay stated that it doesn’t matter where she conducts her interview, adding that she can hang in the air like a monkey yet the interview must go on.
She stressed that her job description is to make her interviews happen no matter where she finds herself.
