Angel FM’s morning show host, Kofi Adoma Nwawani has spoken for the first time after he was attacked by unknown assailants over the weekend.
On Sunday, August 7, 2022, videos of Kofi Adoma with blood all over his body circulated on social media.
According to reports, he was attacked by some hoodlums and they decided to take his life.
After the incident, Kofi Adoma has given account to how it happened to the Police.
Angel FM’s morning show producer identified as Jerry in a conversation on the show narrated how Kofi Adoma spoke about the incident to the Police.
According to Jerry, he called Kofi’s phone to make plans on their trip to Somanya today but unfortunately, a lady picked up and informed him about the state of the journalist.
Narrating what Kofi Adomah said, he disclosed that when the hoodlums approached the journalist, he thought they were armed robbers so he quickly surrendered his phones and all the money he had on him to them but they rejected it and started attacking him.
During the struggle, the hoodlums poured petrol on him to set him ablaze but fought them and escaped to seek refuge at a nearby fuel station where he gave his phone to the fuel attendants to call his wife, Mrs. Miracle Adomah to inform her about the incident.
