Jessica Opare Saforo resigns from Citi FM after 17 years

Celebrated media personality, Jessica Opare Saforo has reportedly quit Adabraka-based Citi FM/TV.

According to Ghana Weekend, the two parties ended their relationship today, January 28, 2022.

Jessica has worked with Citi FM for 17 years and hosted flagship programmes like ‘‘Brunch in the Citi’, ‘Sex in the Citi’, ‘Sister Sister’, ‘Upside Down’ and ‘Traffic Avenue’ (formerly ‘Citi Drive’) which is Citi FM’s late afternoon show.

It is not known yet as to the main reason why Jessica decided to quit Citi FM/TV.

Before turning in her resignation, she was the programmes manager, the host of ‘Traffic Avenue’ on Citi FM, and the host of ‘Sister Sister’ on both radio and television.

Jessica Opare Saforo started her media journey at Vibe FM about 22 years ago. She also had a stint with Choice FM before joining Citi FM at its nascent stage, in 2005.

She is a voice over artiste and a YouTuber.
