Kumawood actor, Kwadwo Nkansah well known as Lil Win has fallen down on stage.
He was performing at Kuami Eugene’s afro highlife concert in Kumasi and unfortunately slipped and fell.
In the video sighted by KwasiAboagyeLive.com, the actor cum musician was almost done with his performance and was walking to backstage but rushed back onto the stage after the DJ played one of the his hit tracks entitled ‘Mama Boss Papa’.
While running onto the stage, he slipped and fell but quickly stood up and started performing again.
