Popular Kumasi-based Radio personality Yaa Nicky born Princess Babawedoe Funn Jemima has opened up about a sordid childhood experience.
According to the silky-voiced presenter, she was raped by a Pastor who she sought solace from after she had run away from home over a similar experience.
The Radio personality made this known when she spoke on Kumasi-based Angel FM in an interview.
Yaa Nicky indicated that during her adolescent stages, she was staying with an uncle who was supporting her.
Although this Uncle was a family relation, she indicated that he tried his possible best to get into her panties.
Being afraid of what will happen, Yaa Nicky indicated that she left home and sought comfort in the house of God.
She was welcome by a Pastor she refused to name and got well taken care of.
However, as time passed by the Pastor developed sexual feelings for the young lady.
Yaa Nicky recalling the ordeal said the Man of God she had to take as a father figure in her life disappointed her when he forcefully slept with her.
“My first proper sex happened after SHS but before that a Pastor raped me but I don’t count that as a sexual experience because I didn’t enjoy it.
I didn’t report the issue to the Police because I was afraid. I used to live with my uncle who wanted to rape me and so I left the house to the church and the Pastor raped me. I was living with my father’s brother. The thing is I don’t like wearing dresses when I’m sleeping,” she said.
