Backing vocalist, Nana Ama has disclosed how she discovered late musician Terry Bonchaka.
Speaking in an interview with Dr Ray on KwasiAboagyeLive.com, she revealed that Terry used to visit her in her house and claimed wanted to do music.
She recalled how Terry’s father warned her that he didn’t want his son to be a musician but Terry would always come to his house after school and would not go away if she told him to go.
Nana Ama said she introduced the late musician to music producer and sound engineer, Zapp Mallet as his younger brother and that was his breakthrough.
She indicated that Zapp Mallet put Terry on Randy Nunoo’s project and that was it.

Nana Ama has backed most Ghanaian musicians including Okomfo Kwadee, Lord Kenya, Sony Acheeba, Blakk Rasta, Philipa Baafi, late Michael Osei Bonsu, Yaw Sarpong and others.
