VIDEO: The youth should’ve cut the President with knife rather than hooting him – Shatta Wale speaks about hardship in Ghana

Dancehall musician, Charles Nii Armensah popularly known as Shatta Wale says booing President Akufo-Addo was not enough.

Speaking in a self recorded video, Wale said the youth should have done more than hooting the President.

Nana Akufo-Addo was booed at the Global Citizen Festival moment he took the stage to give a speech at the Black Star Square on September 24, 2022.

Following the incident, Adansi Asokwa MP, Hon KT Hammond said the youth who heckled the President cannot even lead the country if given the opportunity.

In reaction to the comment, the self acclaimed dancehall king said Hon KT Hammond was both wrong and right about his comment.

In a video shared on social media, Shatta Wale admitted that the people are suffering severe hardship in the country.

He added that the youth should have cut the president a knife at the Global Citizen Festival like to communicate their suffering just like he sacrificed himself and was jailed to stop pastor’s from making ‘life-threatening’ promises.
