Onua FM/TV morning show host, Captain Smart has sent a message to the National Intelligence Bureau (NIB) after he was released.
He was arrested by the NIB on Wednesday, October 19, 2022 around 5:59pm following a comment he made about Nana Akufo-Addo.
According to him, President Akufo-Addo is actively involved in the ongoing galamsey Ghanaians are fighting against.
Reacting to the comment by the broadcast journalist the presidency issued a statement to decline its involvement in galamsey and also added that it is referring Smart to the National Communication Authority (NCA).
In a new video sighted by KwasiAboagyeLive.com, Captain Smart claimed the NIB cannot intimidate them from talking.
He added that he is yet to fire more on his show over the president’s involvement in galamsey.
He made the statement on his way home after he purchased some fuel from a filling station after he was released.
