Ghanaian media personality Afia Pokuaa well known as Vim Lady, has revealed how her former boss Kwasi Twum dealt with fake pastors and herbalists who came to advertise on his radio and TV stations.
This follows complaints from the public about the proliferation of mallams and on TV stations in Ghana. They are being blamed for promoting quick money in Ghana.
In a post sighted by KwasiAboagyeLive.com, Vim Lady said when they started Adom FM, these pastors and herbalists used to come there for advertisement but the CEO of Multimedia would order that their monies be refunded to them because they were not “verified”.
She added that after refunding their monies to them, Kwasi Twum would give them money for transportation to wherever they came from.
Vim Lady concluded that it’s sad some media houses give their platforms to “Juju men,” mallams and fake pastors to sell themselves.
